Z Labs Bitmap 12px CN
Z Labs Bitmap 12px CN is a open-sourced bitmap/pixel style free Chinese font you can download for free. It was created by the same author who created the Z Labs RoundPix 12px, and this supports more Chinese character variant including Simplified, and Hong Kong Traditional Chinese, plus Japanese kanji. Again, the 12px means each letters are constructed with 12px base and they are monospaced.
Z Labs Bitmap 12px CN is a pretty standard looking pixel font, and it just reminded me of those command line interface back in those MS-DOS era, where the characters are designed to be functional. Besides supporting the Chinese letter variants, it supports Latin, Greek and Cyrillic script too. It works best on 12px multiples font sizes, from 12px to 24px to 36px and onwards on low density screens, but more modern high pixel density screens, any font sizes will do ok. You can download this font for free and be used on commercial projects as it is also released under SIL Open Font License version 1.1.

To download the font directly, visit the “Font Download Link” above, you will be brought to the latest release page of the font repository on Github. There are OTF and TTF options, and each also comes with Web Font variant. It’s recommended to download the TTF version. Also, when you extract the zip, you will find multiple versions of the font. To be safe, just install the one with CN suffix version. Once installed, you will be able to select this font under the name “Z Labs Bitmap 12px CN” in your design or writing tools.
